Agreement & acceptance

By visiting, browsing, or using services available through Contos Pro digital properties, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. Continued access constitutes ongoing acceptance, including amendments published after your first visit. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility & age requirements

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By using our sites you represent that you meet this threshold and have authority to enter a binding agreement. We may suspend accounts that fail verification.

Text messaging & TCPA compliance

By submitting your mobile phone number where we collect it, you agree to receive automated SMS from our legal entity at the number provided. Message volume will not exceed four (4) messages per week unless you separately consent to more. Standard carrier charges may apply. Reply STOP to revoke consent. This program is intended to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable U.S. federal and state rules.

Ownership & intellectual property

Text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other IP on Contos Pro properties are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial access. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Health & supplement disclaimers

Dietary supplements and educational materials are provided for informational purposes only and have not been evaluated by the FDA unless stated on-label. Nothing here is medical advice or a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement.

Warranty limitations

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contos Pro and its operators, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, where applicable.

Applicable law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes relating to SMS or consumer marketing may involve federal statutes including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and FTC rules. Specify your preferred venue and governing state in the entity box below—many U.S. operators choose Delaware or their state of formation.
